I arrived around 17:35 and found it immediately, a nice moulting adult male and no doubt the bird I saw so briefly this morning. I was in a hurry, so the record shots were poor and the camera phone just would not focus when the best chances came up.

Redstart re-found
Late afternoon Steve texted to say he was watching a Redstart 'in the usual place' in the car park, today's marking the 5th year running for autumn records.
I arrived around 17:35 and found it immediately, a nice moulting adult male and no doubt the bird I saw so briefly this morning. I was in a hurry, so the record shots were poor and the camera phone just would not focus when the best chances came up.
